Praise the Lord that today our beautiful loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister Arla has left her failing earthly body to be made whole again through the power of Jesus Christ, who loves us all. Her death was very sudden, quick, and unexpected. We are brokenhearted and wounded. We miss her desperately, but we believe that Arla has fulfilled her earthly purpose and now communes with her God. Thank you for loving her during this last year. Thank you for praying for her. SHE LOVED ALL OF YOU.

Praise the Lord.
How good it is to sing praises to our God,
how pleasant and fitting to praise him!
He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds.
He determines the number of the stars
and calls them each by name.
Great is our Lord and mighty in power;
his understanding has no limit.
The Lord sustains the humble
but casts the wicked to the ground.

The class of 1957 send their love to the family.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Your support of her through the last year was a wonderful blessing for her. I am thankful she and I had some time alone on the 15th to reminisce about our 12 years in school together starting in first grade when she sat behind me in Mrs. Crites class. Harold, it was good to see you on the 16th.

Dear Harold and MaryAnn and family. God bless you all. My heart is deeply saddened hearing your news this morning. My dear friend and Don’s dear friend fell asleep. She not longer is in pain. AMEN! Thank you. She was a wonderful person, friend, and example for us all. I treasure the years I sat beside her in prayer group, or across the table from her when she brought a grandchild along. Her prayers were beautiful and she wrote many caring notes to those we prayed for. She seemed to know everyone in our community. We miss that connecting link.
I first accompanied her when she sang for Good Friday services at our church back in the 60’s. She had a glorious voice and loved to use it praising our God. She was a wonderful blessing to our choir and congregation. So are you.

Harold, Carl and the entire family… My heartfelt sypathy for you all. Arla was the sweetest woman I have ever had the pleasure of having in my life. She was like a second mother to me for many years and with that came great appreciation and respect. The love she had for her husband, children, grandchildren, church and all of her unrelated extended family was inspiring. No words can express how deeply I will miss her.
